Front Cover: The way you have taken your main image is effective as the way his eyes glare at you makes you wonder whys he doing that? Also the way you have done the writing and background, as if it has been folded and read a lot, which makes the reader want to pick it up and see why its all creased even though it isn't. They way you have not picked one genre but a number is good because it widens your audience range.
Double Page: The style you have got your main image, like they are mucking around. I also like the way that you have got about the band on one side and a sort of interview on the other. I think that is quite effective. Also the way you have included their band logo on the page, and the smaller images of a drum and guitar, this is effective in the way that it shows they play instuments and dont just sing. Another effective item is the note pad with writting actually on it as if notes have actually been written on it.
Contents: I love the range and style of photos and bands/singers you have included as well as the fonts used for the details of the pages. I also like the way you have the page layed out. Also the way you have included not the masthead of the magazine but the logo is quite effective.
I think your front cover is really bold and it stands out well, its different to other peoples and has a unique style about it. I like the double page spread its really effective. The double page spread is really laid out well, the logo is good too.
Front Cover: I think the front cover is really good, and draws the reader in. I think it is the best of the three products you created and I really like how the background contrasts with the red, black and white cover lines a masthead. Plus there are no gaps and the page is well filled.
Double Page Spread: I think it matches the contents and the double page spread well, and I really like the layout, the interview on the left and then a more pictured filled right hand side, I think it works well.
Contents Page: I think the background is good on the contents page again, and the colours all still match the same theme. I think the volume symbol at the bottom of the pages is a really nice touch.
I like how the front cover and contents page are similar using the same background and font. i like how you have separeated the innterview on one side and done a profile on the other.
